​RESPONSIBILITIES:

​

The Business Analyst is responsible for evaluating business information systems, and for helping provide innovative IT solutions to the Company.

​

• He/ she acts as a liaison, ensuring effective communications between systems development teams and user teams and will:
• Define business system requirements;
• Prepare project plans, functional specifications and test plans;
• Perform quality assurance tests, coordinate execution of test plans,
• Conduct training for system implementations and prepare corresponding training materials
• Provide production systems support in project team environments
• Previous business analysis work experience for a logistic/shipping and/or bank company is a MUST.

​REQUIREMENTS:

​

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Full-Time positions available.
• College graduate, preferably Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Math or Business with an IT background
• Innovative, strong analytical skills, detail-oriented with good business sense
• Mature, flexible and highly team-oriented, with excellent communication skills
• Works effectively despite extended work periods when necessary.
