Position            : TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES
Salary Offer       : OPEN/FLEXIBLE
Work Location    : Libis, Quezon City

SUPPORT DESCRIPTION:

Support description: Call center voice technical support for North America Customers of desktop computers and branded single-function printers, multi-function printers (all-in-ones) inkjet printers, laser printers, fax machines.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Basic computing system, e.g.  Computer Hardware (RAM, HDD, ODD, etc.), CPU, video card (uninstall to proceed with TS), memory card, hard drive, mother board, processor; Computer Software (Windows OS, Internet Explorer, Utilities, etc.); Networking (Basic Networking Setup, Home group Setup, etc.)
  • Troubleshooting of computing system (BIOS and running recovery system)
  • Preferably proficient with various software applications including Microsoft Office (Word,  Excel, Power point, Outlook)
  • Typing/key boarding:  should be 30 WPM

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least six months experience with contact center supporting Desktop, Laptop or Printer.
  • Or 1 year experience with contact center supporting ISP, Cable, Software (with troubleshooting)
  • Finished 2nd year college without back subjects.
  • No BAD record from previous companies especially attendance and fraud.
